Need help with sizing?

Please do note that each item on our website has a specific size chart. Which will begin the description of the product you are viewing. So be aware that one size medium for one item may not match the size of another item which is a medium.

Please measure your pooch before purchase. You should measure your pets neck, chest and length.

You will need to measure your dog’s chest around, right behind the front paws.

Where can I place a discount code?

The discount place holder is located at the checkout in the “Payment” section.

Lost, stolen or unrelieved packages?

Ro & Friends is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We are only responsible for packages when they are in our care. Once they have been handed over to Royal Mail, we do not accept responsibly for the fault of the delivery.

We do not issue any goodwill gestures for packages that are confirmed as being delivered.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery please contact your local post office.

How long can a pre-order take to be delivered?

For pre-order items please allow 15-90 business days for delivery. If you are having to pre-order an item it means there is an extremely popular demand for that item. We always appreciate your patience and custom.
